Little Shop of Horrors

Right now I'm in Nelson visiting family. My grandparents, my aunt and uncle, my cousins, my cousins' grandma, and my immediate family are here. Yesterday my Uncle Patrick, Katrina, and Ryan were here, but they had to leave because Katrina had to work on New Years.

I have homework that I haven't done yet and I really don't want to. I really should but I just can't find the motivation. Maybe I just won't do it. XD Or I'll copy my friends. :DD

Right now I'm watching Little Shop of Horrors. It's really quite hilarious. Bill Murray and Steve Martin work really well together! OMG LMAO THIS IS AWESOME.

I would write more but I have got to go watch this now.

Okayness and Christmas

My dad waited in the waiting room for 4 hours and wasn't seen by a doctor, so he just left. He was feeling better anyway. He still gets some dizzy spells so he went to see a doctor yesterday, who said he seems completely fine so just wait and see what happens. Yeah, that's the way to go. >.<

IT'S CHRISTMAS TIMMMEEEEE!!!!!. Omg, I'm so excited!!! Christmas is my most favouritest holiday everrr. The tree is up, the presents are under it, the lights are shining, the carols are playing, the snow is nonexistent. YESSSSSS. AWESOME. We're staying home for Christmas this year again and my mom and sister are going to join us.

Anne, let me know when I'll possibly see you! I'm hopefully getting a new cellphone from my mom for Christmas. I have to pay for the unlimited texting though. :( I need a job!!!!

Tomorrow I'm going for my eye exam! Then I'll get my new prescription and they'll I'll get my new glasses!!!! FINALLY.

Be Okay

So I was in P.E. class, about to get ready to dance because we're in the dance unit right now, and then one of the teachers called me over to talk to me. She then pointed me in the direction of Mr. Breen, the principal. So I went over to Mr. Breen and he took me outside of the gym into the cool air where he told me that my dad is in the hospital.

I don't remember everything that he said, just the most important points. He said that my dad had gone to the office saying that he didn't feel very good and he felt a kind of pressure in the side of his head. So they took it seriously and an ambulance came to take my dad to Surrey Memorial Hospital. He said he didn't think it was serious. Mr. Breen also mentioned something about my dad's diabetes, but I don't quite remember anything else. Although he talked to me for like 3 minutes.

Eventually, he dismissed me and I headed back inside. I went on with my class, pretending that nothing had happened. I felt kind of numb actually. I'm not really sure what to think. I just hope my dad's okay.

Disappointed

Honesty is a two way street, right? So is trust.

The only things that I don't tell Anne are things that I haven't told anyone and are not even a big deal. They're uninteresting and unimportant to everyone so I don't see a point in telling.

I dunno. I guess I see our relationship differently than she does? Because I tell her everything that's big and important. Especially things that are related to her.

I just wish she would do the same.

Sunday...

When I woke up on Sunday, I texted Zach saying, "Christine told me you thought I was dodging you all night last night?" He replied with, "Yeah, it felt that way..." Then I said, "Well, I just want you to know that I don't want to be anything more than friends right now." I really meant never ever but I thought I would be nice. Then he said, "Ok." So that's pretty much it. Chyea.

My mom picked me up from Steph's eventually and took me home. She then left. After a while, my dad got home. When he walked in the door, I said hi. Then he said, "So you slept over at Steph's." It wasn't really a question, but I was like WTF. HOW DOES HE KNOW?! So I said, "Who told you?" And he said my mom did. He then went into my closet, took my grad dress, got into the car, and left.

Fuck.

When he got home, he went on the computer and cancelled my cellphone.

Really? All of that just for sleeping over at my friend's house? I don't even have words to explain how I feel about this. Does he not care if I grow up to resent him? Because that's what's happening. As if I'm ever going to visit him when I move out. He can go suck a dick. And how does he expect to control me now? He can no longer threaten me with returning my grad dress. He can no longer take my phone away. And if he doesn't let me on the computer, I can always use my ipod. He's just as fucking stupid as my mom is. Except my mom is just ignorant. My dad... he's mentally fucking retarded.

Saturday

So on Saturday night, I went to Cat's going away party with Stephanie and Christine. We bused there with Cat and Mark. When we got there, it was crowded and kind of really lame. The best part of the party was the little kittens that were lying in their bed. They were so cute. I swear I was going to steal a couple.

A few hours into the party, Vojtek arrive. I hadn't seen him since the party at the sand dunes. But guess who came with him? The police. Apparently, when someone was being picked up, their parent called the police because of the noise. So lame. So the police arrived exactly when Vojtek did and they opened the front door and demanded that we all go home unless we wanted to be charged with possession because he could smell marijuana. Then one of the owners of the house said that anyone who was under 19 or who didn't have ID had to leave. So Steph and I started grabbing our coats, but then the other owner of the house told us not to leave. He said that the police couldn't legally come into the house without a warrant, so we were okay. But we did turn the music off. After watching the police skulk around in the backyard for a while, they left and we turned the music back on. Luckily, they didn't return for the rest of the night because they said that if they did, then the owners of the house would get a $1000 fine.

At about midnight, Zach arrived at the party. I had been sitting on the couch talking to Jake and petting a kitty when he got there. He ran up to me and was like, "Hey, Raven!" I was just like, "...Hey." Jake left at that point. I don't know why, but for some reason Zach was bothering me. I think it may have been because he was trying to hold me and get all close to me as if we were together. Um... definitely not together, buddy! So I seized the first opportunity to get away from him, which was when he asked for a hit from someone's pipe. I hurried away to where Christine and Jake were. Turns out Jake doesn't like drugs either. Anyway, for the rest of the night I was kind of avoiding Zach. He was being annoying and I just wanted him to be gone. Eventually, he seemed to catch on and went to hang out with some other people. THANK GOD.

Christine told me later that Zach said to her that I've been dodging him all night. Christine said, "Then are you guys just friends?" because she knew that I didn't want to be anything more than friends with him. Unfortunately, I may have sent some of the wrong signals. But when she said that, Zach said he didn't know. Did he actually think we were more than friends already? We had only hung out like twice. And that kiss was obviously a mistake if he thought it made us more than friends. I feel stupid.

Near around 2:00am, most of the people were gone (including Zach and Cat), but Lucas, Jake, and Jacob were still there. There was also a girl named Raven there who we think was a tranny. She had no boobs and no waist. She also had really big hands and wide shoulders and was quite tall. But she had a face that looked like a girl's. And a voice that was a girl's... I still think she was a man though. Everyone else did too. And Steph said that she was for sure. I don't know how she knew though. Also, one of the owners of the house was passed out on an armchair and a couple of guys carried him to his room. It was funny.

Well, Steph went and cuddled on an armchair with Jacob. Christine was with Lucas and I was with Jake. It was kind of funny how that worked out. Christine ended up making out with Lucas right beside where Jake and I were. I was like gaping and laughing while Jake would say, "That's awesome," and then look at me expectantly. But I wasn't going to kiss him. He has a girlfriend! Bad boy. And I am NOT a fan of the PDA. But apparently Lucas was. HAHA. He didn't want to let go of Christine! It was so awkward. At one point, Jake tried to take me elsewhere but I was like nuuuuu. Also Lucas was stroking my hair at one time and Jake was like, "Mine!" and pulled me away. I was cracking up.

When Steph and Christine and I had decided the party was over, we were talking about calling a cab. The boys were like, "No! We're not done yet!" LOL. Steph went and called one anyways. Then when the cab arrived, Steph started making out with Jacob and Christine started making out with Lucas and I was just like, "AHHHHH!!!!" Poor Jake ahaha. Too bad I'm not bad. He picked me up in his arms and carried me to the front door, where I asked him to put me down because I kind of felt like I was being handled... like a child. But I know he didn't mean it like that. Anyway, Steph and Christine and I got into the cab and the boys walked off together in the other direction.

So we went back to Steph's house talking about everything along the way. The cabby must have enjoyed himself. We were pretty interesting aha. My dad had said I couldn't sleep over at Steph's house. He told me because he didn't want me out two nights in a row. But I was think that that's fucking stupid because he's always telling me to get out of his house anyway. So why in the hell would I want to stay there? I told him I was going to stay at my mom's place and she lied to him for me, saying that I was going to. But my mom said to me that my dad told her that he was actually not letting me stay at Steph's because he thought I was going to actually sneak off with some guy named Adam who used to date Anne. Um... who the hell is Adam? W...T...F. He's so DAMN STUPID. GAWD. And he had no reason not to trust me! I had never lied to him before about going out with people. GRRRRRRRRRRR. Idiot. So I slept over at Steph's anyway. Ahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
